During your or your childs treatment with this medicine, your doctor will monitor your progress carefully. This will enable your doctor to determine if the medicine is effective and to decide whether to continue treatment and to monitor for adverse reactions. This medication may cause a severe type of allergic reaction known as anaphylaxis, which is an allergic reaction that requires immediate medical treatment. The most severe symptoms of anaphylaxis are very rapid or irregular breathing, shortness of breath, or passing out. Other symptoms may include changes in the color of the skin on the face, very rapid but regular heartbeat or pulse, swelling on the skin, puffiness or swelling around the eyes, and redness, swelling or peeling on the skin. If any of these symptoms occur, seek medical help immediately. If you or your child experiences pain or loss of sensation in the arm for a few hours after taking this medicine, please inform your doctor immediately.
